Want to let fellow SharpDX users know that ARMED! for Windows 8 Metro has officially been released:

I hope this is the first of many games using SharpDX to appear in the Windows 8 Store!

It is not probably the first app using SharpDX on the store (as some studios released already some games with it for the Windows 8 CP and later), but It is definitely the first XNA compatible application in the app store!
